Please send your grievance in writing to the Grievance Officer's email above, using the subject line "Grievance — [your Order ID or topic]". Include the following details so we can investigate quickly:
· Your full name, registered email, and contact number
· Order ID (if your grievance relates to a specific order)
· A clear description of the issue and the resolution you seek
· Supporting documents or photographs (if applicable)
We follow the timelines prescribed under the IT Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt of the grievance.
Resolution: within 15 days of receipt, except in cases requiring detailed investigation or coordination with third parties (such as logistics partners or banks), in which event we will keep you updated and resolve as soon as reasonably practicable.
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to:
· The National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or via the consumerhelpline.gov.in portal.
· The e-Daakhil portal (edaakhil.nic.in) for online filing before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
· For data-protection grievances unresolved after 30 days, the Data Protection Board of India as constituted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
