You provide directly: name, email address, phone number, billing address, GSTIN (where applicable), company name, designation, service requirements, artwork files, recipes, formulations, brand briefs, and any other information you submit through the contact form, the checkout flow, or in correspondence with our team.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent, and click patterns, captured via Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-NVVNL7XPMM) and standard server access logs.
Payment-related: the Order ID, payable amount, transaction status, and reference numbers returned by our payment partner. We do not store full UPI handles, card numbers, CVVs, or net-banking credentials on our servers; these are processed directly by MMADPay and your issuing bank.
We process your personal data for the following purposes, on the lawful bases noted:
To perform a contract: processing orders, raising tax invoices, delivering Services, responding to support queries, and managing complaints and refunds.
For our legitimate interests: securing the Website, preventing fraud, improving our Services, and analysing aggregate usage patterns through analytics.
To comply with law: retaining tax invoices and transaction records under the GST Act, the Companies Act, and other applicable Indian statutes; responding to lawful requests from authorities.
With your consent: sending optional updates about new services or industry insights. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
The Website uses essential cookies to maintain session state during checkout and Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect the checkout flow.
We share personal data only as required to deliver the Service or as required by law:
Payment partner: MMADPay receives Order ID, amount, your name, email, and mobile number to process the UPI transaction.
Logistics partners: shipping address, contact name, and phone number are shared with the courier or transporter we engage to deliver finished goods.
Hosting and infrastructure: our Website and database are hosted on servers in India operated by our hosting provider, who is contractually bound to maintain the security and confidentiality of your data.
Tax authorities and regulators: we share invoicing and transaction information as required under GST law and other Indian statutes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
The Website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Database access is restricted to authorised personnel. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Payment-instrument data is not stored by us.
