Service Delivery & Shipping Policy

This Policy explains how and when Alcobev Services delivers digital outputs, physical packaged goods, and on-site services to its Customers. It applies to all orders placed via the Website or directly with our team.

1. Service categories & delivery modes

We operate across three broad delivery modes, each with its own typical timeline:

Digital deliverables (label artwork proofs, barcode files, dieline PDFs, batch certificates, shelf-life test reports): delivered to your registered email within 1–5 business days of approval and receipt of payment.

Packaging operations on Customer-supplied stock (primary labelling, shrink-sleeve application, capping, master-carton packing, polishing, kraft wrapping): we receive your inbound stock at our Ghaziabad facility, complete the work within 3–10 business days depending on volume, and despatch the finished consignment to the address you nominate.

Beverage manufacturing services (recipe formulation, pilot batches, carbonation set-up, pasteurisation, QC): scheduled in cycles. Pilot batches typically complete within 7–21 business days of recipe sign-off; commercial cycles are scheduled by mutual agreement and confirmed in the job-card.

2. Service window & timeline confirmation

The indicative timeline for each Service is published on its respective service page. Once your order is paid and a job-card is issued (typically within one business day of payment), we will reconfirm a binding service window in writing. The service-window clock starts from the later of: (a) receipt of approved artwork or recipe, (b) receipt of Customer-supplied raw materials or stock at our facility, and (c) receipt of cleared payment.

3. Shipping & logistics for physical goods

Where physical goods are involved, we despatch by reputed surface or air transporters. Standard logistics charges are mentioned at the time of quotation and confirmed in the job-card. Where a Customer nominates their own transporter, despatch is "ex-works Ghaziabad" and risk passes on hand-over to the nominated transporter.

Pin-code serviceability: we deliver to all serviceable pin-codes across India through our logistics partners. If your pin-code is not on our partners' route map, we will inform you within one business day and offer either an alternative transporter at actuals or full refund.

Standard transit time after despatch from Ghaziabad:

· Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days

· North India (Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, HP, J&K): 2–4 business days

· West & Central India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Chhattisgarh): 4–6 business days

· South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Telangana): 5–7 business days

· East & North-East (West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, NE states): 5–9 business days

Transit times are working-day estimates and may vary due to weather, transporter strikes, festivals, or events outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on consignment weight, dimensions, destination pin-code, and packaging class (regular versus fragile / temperature-sensitive). Indicative charges:

· Up to 5 kg surface, intra-state: starts at ₹180

· Up to 25 kg surface, pan-India: starts at ₹650

· Pallet-grade consignments (above 50 kg): quoted at actuals based on lane and transporter

The exact charge is confirmed in your invoice before despatch. GST is charged on logistics services at the prevailing rate.

5. Tracking & despatch confirmation

On despatch, we will email you the consignment LR/AWB number and the transporter's tracking link. You can also write to support@alcobevservices.com with your Order ID for status updates.

6. Delivery delays

If your consignment has not been delivered within the standard transit time plus 3 business days, please notify us. We will trace it with the transporter and either expedite delivery or, where the consignment is confirmed lost in transit, replace the goods or refund the value of the affected units (whichever is feasible) at no additional cost.

7. Inspection on receipt

Please inspect all deliveries on receipt and report any visible damage or shortage to the transporter on the proof-of-delivery and to us within 48 hours, supported by photographs and consignment numbers. Claims raised after this window are difficult to substantiate with the transporter and may not be admissible.

8. International shipping

We do not currently offer international (cross-border) shipping. All deliveries are within India.
